Weigel Hall, Wexner Center for the Arts

STEP 1

Match the room first. Confirm the room size and what nights they program before pitching, so your draw and genre actually fit.

STEP 2

Reach the person who books the room. Talent buyers and bookers decide the calendar. BookingAgent.io surfaces venue booking contacts, where available, so your pitch does not die in a general inbox.

STEP 3

Pitch with numbers and dates. Draw at comparable rooms, streaming and social proof from the area, and two or three real date options. Promoting the show? radiopromo.io finds local radio contacts the same way.
